Are there any rules for using Diplomacy to affect the morale of enemy troops, and to encourage them to defect or otherwise desert their units?

I’m open to both 3.X and Pathfinder content, and I’d be especially interested if there’s something about this in Pathfinder. I know that Lands of Conflict has militia rules, and I think these were expanded in the Ironfang AP, but not sure if there’s anything specific about using Diplomacy against enemy morale.

Epic diplomacy can convert an enemy into a fanatic follower of You:

presumably, that supersedes/trumps all previous loyalties.

And a Diplomacy check can be made as a Full-Round-Action at -10.

which may make it more viable in a hostile situation.
