Is it discussed anywhere how the wings work? Are they on the back like raptorans / angel wings, or part of the arms like swiftwing shifters? I'll assuming raptorans because it doesn't say you lose access to hands like swiftwing (While airborne, a shifter can’t use his hands for anything other than flying, though he can still hold or carry objects)
