Hey I'm trying to learn Pathfinder 2e. I don't have the book, but am working out of the SRD and other online resources.
And I'm on the stage where I'm trying to fill in Equipment inventories for characters higher than 1st level.
First off, it seems like the Playtest had a WBL table, but the final release doesn't - is that true? Or does the book have one that the online resources leave out?
Second, I'm confused about how you price a magic item that has a base cost plus Runes.
But my more specific question is a sub topic of question 2. What is the effect of low-grade, standard grade, or high-grade of Special Materials weapons and armor? Is it really just the item's hardness and hit points?
The heading for Materials vaguely mentions that you need certain purities to get certain Runes, but I can't find specifics on what is required for what. And it seems weird that only special material items would have this restriction, but a normal steel sword can have a +3 Rune without any other quality upgrade first.
Also, the Playtest apparently had bonuses and penalties to attack rolls based on weapon quality, but I can't find any such rule in the released rules.
Again, am I missing a rule that's just in the book?
