Just that I am a little confused about how this ability works

Whenever you cast a spell or SLA on yourself, if your companion is within 5 feet, you may have it affect them too, exactly as if it had specified two targets rather than one except that the version on them ends if they're more than 5 feet away.

Further, you can treat self-only spells as being self- or companion-only.

Thank for the answer.
And after a couple of more attent readings I hunderstood that it works exactly the way you sayed and how it is written on the PHB.

Is there any way to make Share Spells go backwards? That is, if the Mount/ Familiar/ Whatever casts the spell, it affects the master as well?

To an extent. Polymorphing your familiar into a Symbiont (Fiend Folio, a few other places) grants them the Symbiont subtype, which comes with a form of share spells.

What if the familiar the unattaches? Does the spell stay in affect on both targets?

And is that the only way? Just because that might seem a little out there to the squeamish.

The specific situation isn't spelled out in either direction. There's neither clause for it staying, nor clause for it vanishing.

If Pathfinder's in play, there's the Share Spells Teamwork Feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/share-spells-teamwork/).

Have it take levels in wizard and designate you as its familiar.
