Wings Of Glass Shatterbird is, when combat-ready, surrounded by innumerable shards of glass floating around her. In addition to granting her 13+Dexterity modifier AC, she retaliates when attacked. Whenever someone targets Shatterbird for an attack while within 30', after the attack resolves, they take 2d8 slashing damage if Shatterbird lives through the attack.

Voice Control Shatterbird controls her glass through her voice. If she is deafened, her fly speed is cut in half, she has disadvantage on all attack rolls made with her glass, and any saves she imposes with her glass have advantage. If she is gagged, the same effects apply. If she cannot speak entirely (such as via her throat being torn out) she loses all glass abilities and her fly speed.

Bonesaw's Upgrades Shatterbird has maximum hit points per hit die. In addition, once per long rest, when she would be reduced to 0 HP but not killed outright, she may instead be reduced to 1 HP. She also automatically stabilizes when reduced to 0 HP, and may still move at half speed and take a single action or bonus action (but not both) each turn.

Enhanced Weapons Shatterbird's attacks are considered magical.

Actions
Glass Slice Melee Spell Attack: +9 to-hit, reach 30', one target. Hit: 2d8+5 slashing damage.

Area Glass Slice Melee Spell Attack: DC 17 Dexterity save, 30' cone, all enemies within the cone. Failed Save: 2d8 slashing damage.

Glass Bomb Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to-hit, range 300', one target. Hit: 3d8 slashing damage. Hit Or Miss: All targets within 10' of the main target must make a DC 17 Dexterity save, taking 1d8 slashing damage on a failed save. This includes the initial target.

Multiattack Shatterbird makes up to three attacks from the options above. Only one may be a Glass Bomb.

Devastation (Once Per Short Rest) Shatterbird belts out her most powerful song. All glass within one mile of her instantly shatters, dealing 1d8 slashing damage on a failed DC 17 Dexterity save to anyone within 5' of a window or similar object.

Bonus Actions
Attack Shatterbird makes a single Glass Slice or Area Glass Slice attack.

Reactions
Nimble If someone ends their move next to Shatterbird, she may immediately move up to half her move speed. This provokes attacks of opportunity as normal.

OCR
Four attacks of 2d8, hitting two creatures each, does 18 damage each times four is 72. Comfortably CR 11, but with Wings of Glass, I should up her to 12.

DCR
To get the desired CR 10, I want CR 8 defensively. So, CR 7 for HP, modified by +1 for her AC. That's 161-175 HP. With a maximized d8+4 hit die, that's... 168 HP at 14d8+56 HP.

I came here vaguely but not really expecting a Worm reference. I'm pleasantly surprised. She looks like a great boss fight for a party in the lower half of Tier 2. 10/10, would not fight again please god no.
