Is there anyway to get bite attacks as iterative attacks so can use the feat more than once per round ( due to natural weapon ).

jaws of the moray + close quarters fighting

Jaws of the Moray
(Stormwrack, p. 117)

Transmutation
Level: Druid 2, Sorcerer 2, Wizard 2,
Components: V, S,
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Touch
Target: Creature touched
Duration: 1 min./level
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

This spell grants the subject a bite attack, which deals damage as indicated below. As a primary attack, it adds the creature's Strength modifier to damage. It can also be used as a secondary natural attack in conjunction with a manufactured weapon. Such secondary attacks do not interfere with the primary attack as attacking with an off-hand weapon would do, but the subject takes the usual —5 penalty (or —2 with the Multiattack feat) for the bite attack when used as a secondary natural attack.

If the subject hits with its bite attack, it attaches itself to the foe and deals automatic bite damage each round it remains attached. It does not need to make a grapple check, and it does not provoke attacks of opportunity. An attached attacker loses its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class. It cannot use other weapons while attached, but each attack upon from the grappled foe requires a successful grapple check. Others can attack an attached creature with a weapon or grapple. To remove the attached creature through grappling, the opponent must achieve a pin against it.

A creature with a natural bite attack can use its own bite damage, if greater, but still gains the ability to attach itself.

Close quarters fighting (Compllete warrior p.97)
You gain an attack of opportunity whenever an enemy attempts to grapple you, even if the enemy has a feat or special ability that would normally bypass the attack. If you deal damage with this attack, the enemy fails to start the grapple unless it has the Improved Grapple feat or a special ability such as improved grab. If the enemy has such an ability, you may add the damage you deal as a bonus on your opposed check to resist being grappled. This feat does not give you extra attacks of opportunity during a round or allow you to make an attack of opportunity when you would be denied one for being surprised, helpless, or in a similar situation. For example, an ogre attempts to grapple Tordek. Tordek gains an attack of opportunity, hits, and causes damage. Since the ogre does not have any sort of grappling special ability or feat, it fails to start a grapple. Then an ankheg--a creature with the improved grab special ability--attempts to grapple Tordek. He takes an attack of opportunity, hits, and deals 10 points of damage to the creature. Tordek then adds +10 to his opposed check to resist being grappled.

Special
A fighter may select Close-Quarters Fighting as one of his fighter bonus feats.

+ combat reflexes

3 levels of druid or perhaps a couple magic items of spell storing (jaws of the moray) should make you deadly. If they want to do anything, they have to risk your AOO combat reflexes bite attack for more con damage.

The easiest and probably best way to do it is 2+ levels of Totemist (Magic of Incarnum) to bind the Threefold Mask of the Chimera to your totem chakra, giving you two more bite attacks that can benefit from Longtooth Elite (and a gore attack that doesn't benefit from the feat, but is still nice).

Alternatively, the Multiheaded Creature template (Savage Species) gives you a second head (and thus a second bite attack), alongside 2 racial HD and +2 LA. That's one extra bite attack, at a heck of a cost (unless you're also going into TWF, in which case it might be worth it).

Either way, you can then use something else to change your type to aberration, dragon, elemental, magical beast, or plant type... qualifying you for the Rapidstrike feat, and later Improved Rapidstrike (both from the Draconomicon). Those essentially give you iteratives with a pair of natural weapons, such as your bite attacks.

dragontouched feat gives you dragonblood subtype which allows you to count as a dragon therefor making rapid strike an option if you have a different paired attack to combine with bite. Not sure if you can do it unless you have two bite attacks...in which case, you'll have to find a way to cast snakebite (druid 3/ranger 4 spell compendium p.193) or Handfang (Cleric, wiz/sorc, spellthief 3 - Serpent Kingdoms) to get a second bite attack.
