[3.5] Quickened dismissing?

So spells that have (D) in their Duration can be dismissed by their caster. This takes a standard action.

Is there a way to reduce the amount of time it takes? It would be useful tactically for some spells, e.g. BFC or some Polymorph sub-school spells.

It's pretty specific, but Malconvoker 9 allows you to dismiss any evil creature you've summoned as an immediate action.
