Whenever I have one of these, I check out the subreddit r/onepagedungeon (https://www.reddit.com/r/onePageDungeon/). The last one I ran was "It's Under the Windmill!".

Give them an encounter or two on the way there, and Bob's your Uncle.

For 4th/5th level I like The Wild Sheep Chase. It's free on DMs Guild: https://www.dmsguild.com/product/170937/The-Wild-Sheep-Chase--A-SingleSession-Adventure

I'll second the Wild Sheep Chase as a fun, low-effort one-off that is a blast.
However, I've run it twice now with two very different groups, and struggled to finish it in under 4 hours. So it does run on the longer-side, unless the players really just rush through.

We did a seat swap last week (I got to run a PC yaaaayyyy). I was careful to bookmark this thread and not read wild sheep chase. Our barbarian player ran it for us in the same setting and timeline as our regular game and it was a blast! I don't think the adventure was used as more then a general guideline, but the hook and final location are so much fun it could be played multiple different ways and always turn out great. A DM Role-playing Shinebright with the right assortment of accents pretty much ensures the players will have a blast, and being the victim of a levitation spell three stories up made for a very memorable (and dizzy) experience for my dear Adrian xD.

Another vote for this one, if only for the bear in the outhouse.
