So I have an idea of an unique character. With bag full of magic runes, which could be combined to get magical effects equivalent so some spells (like fireball). Character would have to manipulate this runes very precisely (ie. some Sleight of Hand checks) to obtain a wanted effect (I find it similar to Sha'ir or Truenamer maybe). Do you have any ideas/ tips how to represent it mechanically to be both cool and working? :D

Nothing says runes can't be triggered in the same standard action, e.g. touch two at the same time. This might get you a fair way towards what you want.
