Somebody homebrew anything like that already? So I don't have to bother?
My search-fu failed me.

If not would any tips? I'm new to the system and would surely botch it if I tried.

Quick and dirty conversion would be something like:

Level: Keep the same - most of the 3.5 ones are actually underpowered relative to PF spirits of the same level.
Alignment: True Neutral
Constellation: Starless
Favored Ally: None
Favored Enemy: None
Capstone Empowerment: Either +2 DC to their abilities, or lower any cooldown abilities of the vestige by 1 round (stacking with Rapid Recovery).
Totems: None
Knowledge Tasks: Any 4 learns the vestige. (Consider waiving the Starless penalty.)

You can go deeper and come up with other values for these variables but this should be good enough for most vestiges.

Not the vestiges themselves, but the system was converted by Radiance House in "Pact Magic Unbound: Grimoire of Lost Souls"

At least some of the content is up at the Spheres wiki (http://spheresofpower.wikidot.com/pact-magic)

I think that's the "PF pact format" he was referring to, though on reflection I could be mistaken.

It is. With the constellations and capstone empowerments and all that.

I had hoped an effort has been made, but I guess it's up to me try it at some point.
Thanks for the input, Psy.
