Updated list of fonts and colors

FONTS
Cover Titles: mix of Allembert, Allencon, Wolftrack, Constantia, Alexia; some characters such as A and R are customized
Section Headings: Pterra (18pt./19.5 spacing for section; 14 pt/16.5 spacing for sub-section; 11 pt./12.5 spacing for spells, maneuvers and sub-subsections)
Body Text: Celestia Antiqua (10 pt./12.5 spacing); numerals are in alternate gylphs; bold is semibold, not true bold
Captions: Fell Type Italic (9pt/10.5 spacing)
Tables, Statblocks, PRC entry requirement blocks: Scala Sans (9pt/10.5 spacing). Numerals are in Regular LF SC and headers are in Bold SC.
Credits page: Fell Type
Page Numbers: Alchemy by Jeremy Tankard (expensive and has been takedowned from internet)

Tome of Battle/Tome of Magic--
Section Headings: Leash XL instead of Pterra (section headers are 17pt instead of 18)
Chapter title: Aquiline, Confusebox, First Order Condensed, Leash, Abaddon, Pterra (mix of characters and sizes)
First character of chapter: Decon by words+pictures
Page Numbers: IIRC, mix of Decon by words+pictures and Dead History

Rules Compendium--
Section Headings: Romic Light instead of Pterra

Eberron--
Section Headings: Masoch-Dirach instead of Pterra

Faerun--
Section Headings: Democratica instead of Pterra
