So there are obviously Tielfings, but I was wondering about the demonic versions of the different races.
Fey'ri=Elf
Tanarukk=Orc
Wispling=Halfling
Maeluth=Dwarf
Baphotaur=Minotaur

I figured the best way to add these to 5e would be as subraces for each of the races, or as Tiefling subraces, and I was wondering if anyone had figured out balanced versions of each of these races yet?

Here's what I was thinking about for Fey'ri.
Fey'ri (Elf Subrace)
+1 Cha
Elven Form: As a Fey'ri, you can hide your demonic heritage to make yourself look like a regular elf, which lasts until you lose consciousness or die.
Deception Proficiency

Then a subrace specific feat to grant them wings, like how dragonborns have a feat for wings.

So if you all have some suggestions on how to implement the infernal versions of the races, please let me know.

I'd use variants from SCAG as the underlying concept.

Take the base tiefling, you and give up one trait (I'm going to suggest Infernal Legacy) to replace with a class feature from their non-fiend heritage.

Suggestions in the same order:
Fay'ri get Trance
Tanarukks get Aggressive (As they do in Volo's Guide)
Wisplings get Brave and Halfling Nimbleness (Neither being very strong)
Maeluth get Dwarven Resilience
Baphotaur get Horns (Although they might work better by making a minotaur variant with Tiefling abilities, given the existence of Baphomet, Ghour and other minotaur-like demons).

Ok, going off what you said, as Tiefling subraces here is what I have:
Fey'ri
+2 CHA
+1 DEX
Speed: 30
Darkvision: 60ft
Hellish Resistance
Keen Senses (or Deception to seem more Fey'ri)
Fey Ancestry (and/or Trance)
Languages: Common, Infernal, Elvish

Wispling:
+2 CHA
+1 DEX
Speed: 25
Darkvision: 60ft
Hellish Resistance
Brave (or Lucky)
Halfing Nimbleness
Languages: Common, Infernal, Halfling

Maeluth:
+2 CHA
+1 CON
Speed: 25 (Armor doesn't Reduce)
Darkvision: 60ft
Hellish Resistance
Dwarven Resilience
Stone Cunning
Languages: Common, Infernal, Dwarven

Baphotaur:
+2 CHA
+1 STR
Speed: 30
Darkvision: 60ft
Hellish Resistance
Horns
Menacing (and/or Powerful Build)
Hybrid Nature
Languages: Common, Infernal, Minotaur

Tanarukk:
+2 CHA
+1 STR
Speed: 30
Darkvision: 60ft
Hellish Resistance
Aggressive
Menacing
Languages: Common, Infernal, Orcish

It might be better to add some negative ASI's like -2 INT to Tanarukk or Baphotaur for better flavoring, but in terms of balance what do you all think of these?
