Eberron Fighter/Wizard Build

I want to make a Sentinel Dragonmarked Human who is a Fighter 1/Wizard X. I am going to make dexterity my dump stat(for RP, my character is 70 years old.) The Wizard is going to be a War Wizard. Any advice on this build, or any better builds. My group uses standard array.

I might recommend Abjurer instead. With heavy armor proficiency and your Ward, you'll make a respectable tank. Doubly so once you get spell resistance.

Definitely grab Booming Blade, assuming you're allowed to. That will be how you keep targets focused on you.

I don't know that your round-by-round DPR will ever be great, but you can function as a tank/enabler for the rest of your group.

Oh and, naturally, pick up Warcaster.
