How long does cursed glance last?

Right so cursed glance is the necromancy effect granted by the immediate magic ACF, it lets you give someone targeting you with an attack/spell a penalty to saves and AC, but there's no listed duration, is it just forever? until you use the ability again? just for the duration of the triggering action?
