Getting skills onto your class skill list?

I swear I saw a thread devoted to this before but I can't seem to find that. And a mounted combat handbook (that I also can't find) mentioned a feat (Something to do with being reincarnating) that let you add any one skill to your skill list, and gave a +2(?) diplomacy bonus on one creature you knew from your past life, but needed to be taken at first level. Any help finding/ accomplishing... any of these things?

It's restricted to humans, doppelgangers, and (probably) changelings, but taking Able Learner along with a dip in a class that grants a skill essentially puts that skill on your effective class list, even when you don't take levels in a class that has it on their class list. A level in factotum + Able Learner, for instance, effectively grants all skills as class skills. Or, at least, they might as well be, since there's no difference at all.
