Looking for a 3.x-PF template for subterranean monsters

I'm looking to add a little flavor to a game I'm running and have a monster ready for when it comes up. Is there a template that would give a Omnipath a burrow speed and take away it aquatic subtype? I'm looking to make a sand worm from beetlejuice, the Fluff on the Omnipath actually works well and so dose its actual appearance. what I'm looking to do it make it a creature that works for one of the gods of death, and roams the land between planes searching to souls. I know i can just wave a magic DM wand, but i would rather use the official monster templates to make it.
