I got a character with +64 to jump (+21 from ranks, +7 dex, +30 racial, +4 from FAST), what do I do with this? I know about Raptor school, and I already have extreme leap, where else can I go from here?

Thri-Keen the insect race with 4 hands for the low price of 2 racial HD and a different amount of LA depending on the abilities you choose.

Tome of Battle: The Book of Nine Swords has a few Tiger Claw maneuvers that work off Jump. So a Warblade or Swordsage could have fun there. Also works well with multiple limbs, I believe.

You can probably glean some ideas from these two posts.

Persuade your DM that basketball exists in his setting. Then play.

You should look into being able to cast, or finding an item that'll cast jump on you, it'll give you another +30 for 1 min/lv

Cool cool, one thing you might be able to look into, it's a sorta loose interpretation of how it works, but roof jumper from cityscape. It never actually states that you have to start at a height above them. And most characters can't even dream of jumping high enough to make use of it. Basically what it does is every 10 ft beyond the first it adds 1d6 damage to your attack.

Also probably invest in armor of landing it's a +4000 gp armor enchantment that treats falls as though they were 60 ft shorter.

Didnt the basket weaver build focus on using an insane jump mod for something? I'm not a massive fan of TO stuff but if it's the build I'm thinking of then you can probably use it to a lesser extent for more practical effects.
