Zhentarim Spy vs Spymaster

After talking with a few friends about how we would build a spy, Zhentarim Spy (PGtF) or Spymaster (CAv) were mentioned by everyone. The classes seem to be almost the same class just with some different entry requirements. Sure, Zhentarim Spy gets more cover identities to work with, but Spymaster gets a few anti-scrying abilities. If you had to choose one over the other for a spy, which would you choose? Why? Is there really much of a difference in the end?

Spymaster's better. Zhentarim spy can get you to the golden "deep cover" feature one level sooner but that and a good will save are pretty much all it's got going for it.

The extra covers just aren't worth that much and poison use can be had elswhere if you really want it. Unlikely cover could be worth something but it seems unlikely to come up unless the GM is being deliberately antagonistic.

Spymaster gets everything else zhentarim spy gets and then some.
