I recently saw here an ability to glimpse an area where a projectile landed.
I thought it was a power, though it may have been 3.5 or Pathfinder.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
I've been looking everywhere for it, and I just cannot find it.

Could always try just scrying on the arrow.

No, it let you quick 360° view once it landed.
It was really cool, and I'm quite mad I didn't think to bookmark it.
