I seem to recall reading somewhere about a giant humanoid-type monster that had a portal in its stomach to a very large extradimensional plane (or maybe it was a lower prison-plane) that held everything it had ever eaten. The monster is akin to an Elder Evil in that it is a unique creature with an actual name that portends worldwide destruction as it devours everything in its path, but I don't remember what the name is or where I found it. I think it might have been in a Dragon magazine, but I'm honestly not sure.

I don't even remember if it was 1st party or not.

Yeah, not the best info I could've given, but it's all I remember.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and where I could find it?

Dalmosh or something like that? Vague memory of this being in MM4 or MM5.

Dalmosh is a unique demon of hunger who has such a belly; he's vaguely humanoid in shape. He's not really a world-ender, though, unless you're in an E6 world or something. (He can also be called with a unique ritual involving a 10,000gp feast, potentially making him a cheap method of mass goods conveyance...)

Yes, "Dalmosh of the Infinite Maws" is in MM V p16. It's 50 feet tall and CR 17, and always regenerates in the Abyss if killed. Here's a picture:

Do you mean Kirby? No, and I hadn't even considered him.

Geez. Importing Kirby even into epic levels would be like unleashing a meteor on a fireworks factory.
