So I got some new headphones as a birthday gift... aaand they have a weird annoying boomy echo issue when playing a lot of noises from games. Anyone have a clue if this could be reduced/removed?
I'm using windows 10, and the headphones are a "Logitech H390 usb computer headset".

Okay, so... update. Turns out the reason stuff sounded odd was because my earbuds I was used to weren't actually playing all of the noises they should be.
Getting used to the headphones now, but I do feel kinda silly.

Heh, I thought I might be something like that. However, if this headset came with its own software or something like that it might pay to take a look at the sound settings. I have a pair from steelseries that straight out of the box on its default settings puts a bit more emphasis on the bass than it should imho, and there might be settings you can change to reduce the echo you're getting.
