Where to find people to do Roll20 to Fantasy Grounds conversions?

We have a DMsGuild adventure to be published and are looking to make the digital assets available on Fantasy Grounds.

We have set up everything to work in Roll20 but would need it ported to Fantasy Grounds but have never used it.

Where is the best place to find people who would accept payment to effectively convert a Roll20 adventure to Fantasy Grounds?

The Fantasy Grounds forum. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

I would say that is your best bet. Also, even if you don't find someone to do the work, FG is pretty easy once you get the basics, and there are lots of resources and people to help you with that.
