Some questions about Wrath of the Storm:

1. Tempest Cleric gets hit by an attack, does he get to use Wrath of the Storm before the damage roll?
2. If he does get to use Wrath of the Storm before the damage roll, could he potentially avoid the damage by pushing the opponent away from him using Thunderbolt Strike?
3. If he doesn't get to use Wrath of the Storm before the damage roll, what happens if the damage makes him fall unconscious is he still able to use the feature (aka It happens simultaneously)?
