And/or the books they're in? I want to see if there are more than those present in the Races of books, but I'm not sure where to start looking if there are.

That list doesn't include the ones from Dragon Magazine, so just pair it with this one (https://web.archive.org/web/20170217191237/http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=9028.0) and you should be all set.
