Bardic knowledge and affiliations

I was sure, not so long ago, that I spotted somewhere an affiliation that granted bardic music (or equivalent) to a member after reaching a certain status in the hierarchy; I mean, not just getting a bonus, but the real thing.

Did I dream or can someone point me to the right splatbook/web article?

I've found the solution myself, and unfortunately I was dreaming, more or less.

The Guardians of Rushemé from City of Stormreach gives access to storytelling instructors, which unfortunately only means that knowledge (history) and perform (oratory) become class skills. Still not bad, but not exactly was I was searching.
