How would you guys build a juggernaut? Some thoughts:

Main features: Big damage. Can tank some hits. Strikes fear into his foes, intimidate his own party members. Muscles, but can also use his brain and social skills to overcome problems.
Popular Characters to inspire: Thanos, Kratos, Arthas (Warcraft), Hulk, Geralt (The Witcher), Kenpachi Zaraki (Bleach), Thor (Marvel), Reinhardt (Overwatch), Venom, Shao Kahn (Mortal Kombat), Achilles, Hercules, Leonidas...
Melee Classes that could fit the role: Paladin, Barbarian or Fighter.
Races: Dragonborn, Half-orc, Goliath, Orc or Human.
Alignment: Chaotic neutral
Feats: ?
Background: ?

Sounds like a good test run of the new Rune Knight, perhaps as a Goliath.

Fighter Battlemaster 17 / Barbarian Berserker 3 for constant damage.

Barbarian Berserker 17 / Fighter Champion 3 or the other way around. Crit fishing so better with Half-Orc.

You can switch the Berserker for a Bear Totem for more tankyness and less damage, also no exhaustion from frenzy.

Barbarian Zealot isn't too bad either.

The first thing I did after reading the Rune Knight was roll up a Goliath on D&D beyond for it.

A 14+ Zealot does major damage and is nearly unkillable while Raging.

A Brute Fighter also lays down big damage with each hit.

Juggernaut: "a huge, powerful, and overwhelming force that crushes whatever is in its path."

With that in mind I'd favour at least 5 levels in Barbarian with the Mobile feat for a total of +20 ft. to movement and the ability to counter enemies that would attempt to pin you down with opportunity attacks.
Taking Totem Warrior (Bear) would also be recommended to sure up those defenses, as resisting almost every damage type gives that great image of a truly unstoppable force.
