Why isnt there any damage buff spells to cast on others?

Why isnt there any spells to cast on other like hex or hunters mark. Would it be fine if you take said spells and make it where you cast them on someone else so they get the extra damage.

There are a few that give direct damage.

Crusader's Mantle
Elemental Weapon
Holy Weapon
Magic Weapon
Flame Arrows


You could also argue that Haste is a direct damage buff.

With this list, each and every class has access to a damage buff spell.

On top of that, stuff like Enlarge exists. That has a damage buff rolled into it as well.
