Imagine a family of orcs: grandfather, grandmother, father, mother, son and daughter. They live in a small house at a forest. The whole family worship Kord. They're like the nicest folks in the forest. What would a family of good aligned orcs be like? That's the question.

Orcs aren't notably different from Humans outside a few key factors.

1.They're less capable of becoming specialists of any thinky job. In cosmopolitan societies, they'd gravitate away from those fields. In homogeneous societies, they'd require more outsourcing from other races or be less advanced.

2.They're not listed as nocturnal, but are pre-disposed to it, so would favor mining and night work, and be prized above humans in either job.

3.They also have a stronger capability for out-competing Humans in any field that requires strength. Orcs would see frequent work in the heavy-duty craftsman fields, farm work and other places where strength matters. As huntsman, they'd be valued allies among their peers.

They'd also have a fairly simplistic culture, with lots of disagreeable virtues and vices. You should be thinking like....a mix of Little House on the Prairie and Letterkenny.

Assuming they're otherwise typical Orcs (chaotic, +4 Str, -2 Int/Wis/Cha):

The first thing which came to my mind was Hercules as he appears in Marvel comics. He's cheerful and friendly, he loves showing off his strength but often doesn't think first and upsets people in the process. Can come across as brash and stupid at times but undeniably good-hearted.

Maybe with a bit of the Beverly Hillbillies, especially Jethro. Ignorant of "civilised" ways, very minimal education, but not always as stupid as they appear, and very decent people if you take the trouble to get to know them.

Like Goku's family if Chi-Chi had stayed closer to her character from Dragonball. Gohan would be more like Goten and Trunks. Oxking fits in perfectly.

Master Roshi would even fit in as the venerable grandfather.

Note that in a forest, their light-blindness might not be a big deal; a particularly thick forest canopy results in shadowy illumination / dim light (depending on edition) even in broad daylight, and can become darkness even when it's not night at the early or late times of day. So if you want your orc family to pursue more auroral (as opposed to crepuscular) professions like hunting. fishing or foraging, they can do that.

Like something from a Chris Metzen story.

So basically Thrall + Aggra from warcraft.

Mostly; Thrall hates fighting, so Kord might not be a good fit. Obad-Hai seems more like his speed if we're going Greyhawk, or perhaps Beory.
