Going by drag mag 319 pg 26. For LA +1, an athasian human gets +2 to two different stats of your choice, a bonus feat ( it has all racial traits of human of PHB except where indicated and there was no indication of giving up bonus feat ), +1 skill point per level ( same reason ), 18 bonus power points by 15th level, 1 bonus 1st level psion/wilder power ( manifest stat is CHA unless psionic class is different stat ), 1 bonus 2nd-level power from psion list, 1 bonus 3rd-level power from psion list, and 1 bonus 4th level power from psion list. These powers gotten at 1st, 5th, 10th, and level 10th, respectively. Manifester level for these bonus powers is equal to character level.
Assuming 19th level psychic warrior with 20 wis outside of other factors. looking at 19 powers known, 115 base class power points, and looks like 47 bonus power points from high ability score. Max level of power is 6th.
Do athasian humans get bonus power points from high ability score to go alongside their 'racial bonus points'?
Persist power makes a qualifying power last for 24 hours while adding 8 points to its cost. ( extend power is a pre-req ).
Assuming we go tashlatora psychic warrior with a ruling that 19th psychic warriors with no levels in monk counts for 19th level unarmed damage, etc. And going with the call weaponry ACF for unarmed strike..
What would be good powers to Persist whether they would be 'class features' or bonuses or mechanics like Strength of my Enemy ( Hello full-attack unarmed touch attacks )?
What would be good items/feats to use for bonus manifester level or bonus power points or even to help this class out in general?
Ways to reduce PP cost of persist power?
