Is there a better Stealth race than the Goblin?

So, Goblins have a +12 to Stealth, just from being a Goblin (and a goblin-trait).
(Aka, +4 racial bonus, +4 size bonus, +2 Dex (increase) Bonus, and +2 trait bonus)

Indeed, it made the cut to my +145 Stealth Bonus By Level 10 build (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?553522-Stealthiest-Stealth-that-ever-Stealthed)

But. Is there a better race?

Probably. But no one can make the required Perception check to find it.

Hmm. A halfling with the Dimdweller racial trait, the Swift as Shadows racial trait, the Adopted trait to get the goblin trait can be better at stealth when sniping. So, depending on your use case you trade a general +3 for a sniping +10. I think.

Base: +1 Dex +4 Size +2 Racial +2 Trait = +9; Sniping +19;

Oh. That's potentially pretty good. For sniping specifically, but still.

Goblins can not move at full speed they still move only 1/2 speed to take advantage.

Skulk on the other hand gets a plus 10 even running before additions for level or class.

If you can get by without armor, Poison Dusk Lizardfolk.
Need to use our adjusted LA thread to put them at +0 as well, or have LA buyoff.

And since they are better than goblins in every other way (including flavor), the choice is clear.
