Ever since I saw the Living Mage's Disjunction statted up over on the Wizard's Boards, I've been trying to come up with new ways to improve upon it.

So far, this is what I have created:

Name: Fiendish Sentry Ooze Living Mage's Disjunction Monk 2

Hit Dice: 17d10+1d8+72 (170 hp)

Spell Effect (Su): Creatures struck by a Living Mage's Disjunction are affected as though by the spell Mage's Disjuction (Will DC 28 Negates)

Smite Good (Su): To Be Included Later.

What does everyone think? Evil Enough?

hmmmm i think i have you trumped

wizard20 the wizards high intelligence score allows it to create intricately evil plans, understand consequences, cast a bunch of spells and prefer to cause pain and suffering over anything else

Let's not go fighting dirty. I created a monster, not a BBEG.

PPDC, you can't really get more wicked than that.

I'll admit that the PPDC could eat a simple Mage's Disjunction Ooze for breakfast, but you can't use the PPDC pre-epic without expecting a TPK to result. You can use one of these and just expect the party to come out without any working gear.

How about giving it unarmed swordsage levels instead of monk?

I always thought that one of the evilest creatures was a Rust Monster. Now if there was a few of those and a few of yours, the party'll be leaving with almost no equipment.

The party would be lucky to leave with their clothes.

That's where the Fiendish Pseudonatural Moth Swarm comes in.

Alas, a TLA* that I have not RTFM about. What does PPDC stand for?

*I know it's four letters. Ask me if I care**

**I don't

Paragon Psuedonatural Damn Crab. Occasionally another D is added to the front to indicate the version that's a rank 0 diety.

Edit: Fax made it, the thread shouldn't have dropped too far back.

Had to get really cheesy with the kitten-that-shall-not-be-named to even create a fair fight with the non-divine version.

My favorite badboy monster is the Multiheaded Tarrasque. It can eat 30 little adventurers per turn.

Well the elemental weirds from MMII can be pretty nasty. They got caster levels higher then their CR, which is just begging for you to unleash evil on the party.

Also I found the rust dragon from the dracomonicon to be a very potent foe, though a high level wizard may have some answers to it.

what all would it take to stat these out? I want them.

There is an alchemical item in the BoVD called, I think, a Weeping Stone.

A unarmed melee golem made out of those with a quickened spell-like ability to extract liquid agony would be really evil. Over the top evil, even.

Living Balefire. One touch and you're gone, no coming back even with help from deities/epic spells.

It's illegal for several different reasons, but I love the idea of a Living Spell made from Fell Animate Inflict Critical Wounds. Instant unstoppable zombie horde.

Eviler I think would be if you could somehow make it so the players themselves destroy their own equipment ^_^

I'd use a Living Fell Animating Circle of Death personaly. Inflict Critical Wounds doesn't pack much punch, realy.

I nominate my severely messed up, heavily templated Zeuglodon (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3339647#post3339647). Not very optimized, but scary as hell.

Circle of Death doesn't heal the resulting zombies. :P

The oozes attack bonus is just too low for a CR 23. It'd never be able to hit anybody. Wouldn't even be a speedbump.

Its only CR 22, but I get your point. Still, what could I do to improve it even more? Change the Fiendish Template out for Pseudonatural?

At level 20, how much of AC is from Magic Items? What's the typical level 20's Reflex save and Grapple check?

I vote for Jack Mann, actually.

Just because I set orphans on fire and create horrors beyond the comprehension of man, that makes me evil? Okay, sure, I might have manipulated my friends and family into performing acts of cruelty and betraying their own moral standards, and sure, perhaps I've even done my share to make civilization collapse for the sheer pleasure of watching the little insects run around, but I wouldn't say that I'm evil, per se.

When i first got into D&D we had a guy make a cleric who tied 5 children to his belt simply because a good character wouldn't want to hurt them and if someone cast an AoE spell, he tossed them in a pile and hid behind the children. then simply severed their hands to detatch the corpses and once the battle was over reserected the children and went threw the extremely painful process of extracting the pain, to turn around and coat all our weapons with. it seemed extremely evil. (we had just gotten the BoVD)

I don't know about evil, but the Living Evard's Black Tentacles/Bigby's Crushing Hand I crafted was a challenge for a party of six 20th level characters because none of them could beat the thing in a grapple. 3d6+12 damage a round to each grappled character isn't much, but I made that living spell immune to almost all damage (per the Black Tentacles) so it took a Disintegrate in the last round to finally defeat it.
