PoW: Vitalist Spirit of Many/ Network powers

I'm going to play a vitalist in an upcoming game and I had a question on the Spirit of Many ability and Network powers. Do I have to include myself in those castings? My main concern is with Expansion. It'll be great on the party barbarian, but the effective -2 to AC isn't good for me and I'd like to be able to exclude myself from that manifestation.

Nope, you're good. It's like how a wizard in base Pathfinder can cast self only spells on their familiar. All the network power lets you do is to essentially treat anyone in your collective as though they were your familiar who had the share spells powers​ ability.
