Based on reading - it seems like any character can take the feat, and that character can be any alignment (until they take a second abyssal heritor feat) ...
But it's based on "In some cases, this lingering influence manifests later in life, often spontaneously when the character undergoes a stressful period, or when he gains skill or power from other sources. At such moments, his latent demonic heritage can come to the fore in shocking ways, transforming him into an Abyssal heritor. The manifestation of a dormant demonic heritage is modeled by the Abyssal heritor feats."
Rules wise, it seems like a warforged or homunculus could take one feat (for example - Keeper of Forbidden Lore) ... I would think that it could somehow be woven into the creation of the construct?
Am I missing anything?
