Would a warlock / cleric be able to take the Feat Alternative Source Spell?

My understanding is that the invocations a warlock uses count as arcane spells / spellcasting (but not of a specific level). So he can "cast" arcane spells and divine spells then.

If so, could a warlock 1/cloistered cleric 1/ etc ... with Alternative Source Spell qualify for Fochlucan Lyrist (assuming that speaking druidic and evasion requirements are met)?

I assume it would also allow the warlock/cleric to qualify for dweomerkeeper?

No. Invocations are not spells.

In Complete Arcane, pg 71-72, it discusses feats and prestige classes for which Spell-like abiltiiies can be used to qualify. It says:

Caster Level "For feats or prestige classes requiring a minimum caster level, creatures that use spell-like abilities or invocations instead of spells use either their fixed caster level or their class level to determine qualification"

Spellcasting Level: "Characters or creatures that use spell-like abilities or invocations never learn the arcane circumlocutions of logic and mental training necessary for advanced spellcasting. As such, requirements for feats and prestige classes based on specific levels of spells cast (“Able to cast 3rd-level arcane spells,” for example) cannot be met by spell-like abilities or invocations—not even spell-like abilities or invocations that allow a character to use a specific arcane spell of the appropriate level or higher."

Between those two specific rules is the question of "able to cast arcane spells." It is not a caster level - so is not covered by the first rule. But it is not of a specific level, so is not covered by the second rule.

As such, it seems open to interpretation. If it said "Able to cast 1st-level arcane spells" - it would clearly not qualify for example as that is covered by the rule. However, if it said "Arcane caster level 3" it would be allowable.

However, Alternative Source Spell just says "Ability to cast both divine and arcane spells."

One path that seems to unambiguously allow for the feat would be to take magical training as a cleric.

It's not ambiguous. Spell-like abilities aren't spells.

Even if you could qualify (which you can't), it wouldn't do anything.
