Character help

Hey guys I was thinking of a character egoist/ur priest/psychic Theurge. I am going egoist for the fusion fission stuff because I'm an going to be melee. The question is is that the fastest way to level 9 spells and level 9 power for both classes.

The Character in question is already ECL 23 so the requirements for entry to ur priest are met

The first issue I see is without any dip class dips you are looking at level 13 before you can take a level of Ur-priest due to skill requirements as neither bluff nor spellcraft are class skills for an egoist which means you can't get dual 9s...

Sorry should of explained this is getting added a current character that ECL 23 so I already meet all the requirements. Sorry for the confusion I'll edit the OP
