If a deity has an Epic Leadership feat does the followers consider themselves as worshippers?

Not necessarily. It certainly would make sense for them to do so. However, for a counterexample, they also could be an army gathered in mortal days who worshipped a higher deity; the leader ascended and serves the same deity, but his army still sees him as a general and worships the original god.

That said, they could if desired by the player or GM be worshippers.
