Mold Earth is on both druid and wizard lists so you could go nature or arcana cleric and pick it as your respective bonus cantrip

No. For example, you could be a race that grants a Wizard cantrip, like High Elf. Or you could be an Arcana Cleric, which grants Wizard cantrips. Or you could be a Nature Cleric, which grants a Druid cantrip.

Nature Domain would be the most straightforward and the least fiddly way of obtaining Mold Earth Cantrip as a Cleric.
