Currently looking to design a character for a lvl 10 pvp tournament of power style one shot.
All book sources are allowed,
all RAW is allowed with no restrictions.
We get 3000gp to spend, and 1 rare magic item from the DMG.
Arena is a 100x100 square, with trees, rocks, dirt, water, grass, etc to allow for cover to take part. 30ft of dirt under your feet, 60 ft ceiling of magical energy that cant be messed with.
Im having a hard time coming up with anything more creative than a yuan ti or gnome moon druid that just summons pixies, and gets 8x trex transformations in a row to blow through any martial class, with res con plus trex con stat plus warcaster basically invalidating concentration checks, and still having an elemental wild shape left after all that, and the ability to just summon in giant owls or pixies and then wild shape and hide under the ground in earth elemental form vs a spellcaster.
