Master throw build

Hey everyone, I'm going to be starting in a new dnd group and we're playing 3.5 but our dm has limited us to the basic books (players handbooks and dm guide) and the complete books only. Now I wanted to make a master thrower build and I was wondering if you had any suggestions for the limited resources I have available.

Ps, we only get one prestige class

What do you mean by "players handbooks"
if you mean no "completes" ask DM if you can be ranger but instead of using bonus feats for bow use for thrown weapons/thrown weapon.
