Here's two from some premade character sheets I keep around for new players:
Rock gnome bard named "Steady-Hand" Valen.
Great Old One warlock named Chick Enlil that received a vision of an apocalyptic future where the sky has fallen from the Giant Eldritch Chicken, C'luuku.

I'd be lion to say these aren't funny, none of you are koala-fied to be punny, however I do remember a 3.5 character I got to DM for, she took the prestige class bear warrior and truly was a Bar-bear-ian her polar opposite was the druids animal companion he was a bear infected with lycanthropy, a were-human named Ted. The best moment was the two of them got into a hug-off. It was a Kodiak moment.

A medicine man who has taken up a life of crime to get cheaper supplies. But in combat he tends to stay out of harm’s way so much that his teammates have given him a nickname.

It’s a story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide.

Kenku names are often sound effects, so a Kenku who's name is the sound of leaves rustling followed by a crow caw...

That was one of mine, and it's nice to be remembered!

Then there was the famous Dwarvish linguist, I believe her name was Stone... Rosetta Stone.

And don't forget the Chaotic Artillerist Artificer, Lewis Cannon.

I still like Blastum Heelum, Cleric/Magic-User.
You could probably use that on any of the ceslestial/arcane or fireball/cleric archetypes.

There's always Roderic, Great Old One Warlock. Good Ol' Tentacle Rod.

And then there are all the gnome puns.

I play a Centaur Paladin, ergo, he's the Centaur of Disease Control.

Even better, he took the Far Traveler background, so he's the Centaur of Attention, too.

In our first 5E campaign, our PCs were charged by the Summer Court with rallying the nations to repel a demonic invasion.

We were the Fey Team.
