Power Negation Magic, other than his own, simply does not exist near HatchetKing. Within 10', all magical effects are negated. Out to 30', all magical saves are made with advantage and all magical attack rolls with disadvantage. In addition, every spell within 30' is subject to a Dispel check at the start of his turn. This check is made against the spell's level plus 10. The bonus is +0 at 30', increasing by 1 for every 5' closer (+1 at 25', +2 at 20', etc.) until it reaches within 10' and is negated entirely.

Wound Transference HatchetKing is capable of transferring wounds to others he touches as an action. After being touched (which requires an attack roll against 10+the target's Dexterity modifier) for the next 24 hours, any damage HatchetKing would take is instead applied to one of the touched targets at random. He cannot have more than 13 victims at any given moment, and cannot transfer wounds to a corpse.

Powerful Build HatchetKing is a big dude. He may treat himself as large whenever beneficial to himself.

Actions
Maul Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to-hit, reach 10', one target. Hit: 4d6+8 bludgeoning damage.

Extra Attack III HatchetKing makes three Maul attacks or other attack actions.

Disperse HatchetKing makes a Dispel check aginst all spells within range again, with advantage.

Bonus Actions
Overcome HatchetKing makes a save against any effects currently on him. This may be taken even when actions are not normally available to him, such as when incapacitated, but not when unconscious.

Endure HatchetKing spends up to four hit dice, adding his Constitution modifier to the total rolled only once, no matter how many he spends.

Do you have anything about why he exists or where he's from?
Also is this an end of campaign sort of a boss? I'm guessing so, but I wouldn't really know.
