Nature theme suggestions (Pathfinder)

I have taken to running an impromptu pathfinder game while our regular gm is dealing with issues.

I have placed the game on my world of Mygaria, on the continent of Farent. Farent has one modest size human kingdom with the rest of the continent ruled by a powerful demigod named the beast lord. Anthropomorphs, fey, animals, draconics and plant creatures rule nearly the entire continent. It is mostly wilderness but natural wilderness. It's not like you'll bump into owlbears or other magical beasts or any unnatural creatures.

Looking for some interesting low level encounter ideas in such a setting.

Have a look at the first book of the Kingmaker AP, Stolen Lands. It basically happens more or less entirely in a wilderness and might have some useful encounters. For my part, I love the Yellow Musk Creeper as a plant hazard on a former battlefield.
