Ive found quite a bit on Dwarven and Elven hand to hand combat, but not much outside of that. Are there any specially made fighting styles for smaller humanoids (who are more nimble than Dwarves)?

Are you looking for a game-mechanic representation of a fighting style or martial art developed by halflings for halflings? Whether such a thing exists, and in what form, would depend heavily on which game/edition is under consideration.

As far as I know, for instance, there is no specific mechanical feature representing a halfling fighting style in, say, D&D 5e.

Throwing things.

Or, in one setting, firing things with a modified slingshot.

For Halflings to use, or for use against Halflings?

I'm not really sure what you're looking for. Mechanics? What edition? Lore? Realism?

I know 5e doesn't (yet) have any racial fighting styles, though it does have some subclass options that require a specific race (bladesinger wizards and elves). I don't know about D&D lore, but Tolkien made them excellent at throwing rocks. If it's a realistic analysis of what would actually be good for a halfling, you might like this video on the subject:

3.5 has several feats and prestige classes for this. The two styles are usually evading bigger creatures and throwing things. Oh, and riding dogs, with the Halfling Outrider.

3.5 has some interesting things for this,

{scrubbed}

and there are several others, i think there's a book called races of giants that may help

granted not specifically halflings but as you can see these are just two of several feats and prestige classes built specifically for fighting bigger opponents

More seriously, I'd be tempted to model it on Jackie Chan movies. Creative use of improvised weapons to increase reach, creative use of improved mobility, etc.

Thank you, that's a great help. Its exactly what I was looking for in terms of moves and bonuses.
