Aurix negates most of the damage from the vampires, and his armor protects him from their draining touch. Arangin takes damage from the Tarrasque and the vampires. Aurix looks over his shoulder at Geiravor. "We're about to get swarmed by half a dozen plus knights. What do you wanna do? If you and Arangin can carve a path through these guys for me, I have a scroll of Jaylyn's favorite spell that might be helpful. Otherwise Torilee and I could just start chucking fire at them and hope they die before they reach us. Or heck, both."

He looks to jaylyns corpse, and then to Tasidar. His mind churns as he looks at what is needed... and what he can do.

"Let me... show you fear again."

Two feminine Positive Energy Elementals look over the battlefield, having been summoned by Umbear.

The Two positive (Huge) Energy Elementals, that had appeared at (-2,2), and at (-2,-2).
They Channel Positive Energy out to 30 feet to injure Undead.

Aurix meets the Black Goblin's stare with a grin, knowing he has gotten the best of the rager in this exchange.

Aurix looks behind him to Geiravor. "You wanna do as he suggests?"

Aurix, using only his knees, directs Arangin to move. "Let's fly, to Jaylyn's side!" Arangin flies 5' up and 30' west, putting Geiravor in casting range. (Arangin has 45 feet of flying movement left.) Aurix holds the rest of his action until she is finished.

With clinched fists and a determined look, the Princess nodded. Aurix drive the horse accordingly and she dismounted to lay a hand on Jaylyn's corpse. She cast Breath of Life defensively. (Healed 60 HP)

With Jaylyn revived, Aurix once again nudges Arangin forward. He flies 30 feet west, then turns around to face the wall. (Current location: [-15,16/1,-1/45']) Aurix targets the Death Knights beyond the wall. His crystal halberd flashes twice, and Aurix conjures fire in each hand! He throws a intense fireball at the southern group, and blasts lines of fire at the northern group which dance around Gorrun!

Time zips back to normal speed. There are 6 explosions on the field; two on the northern death knights and Gorrun, two on the southern death knights, and two on the Tarrasque! "Sorry Gorrun!" Aurix shouts. Aurix's crystal halberd, Wergontix, now glows at half its previous intensity.

"Finish 'em off, Torilee!" Torilee unmerges. Mentally, Aurix sends her instructions on which spell to use. Torilee casts Meteor Swarm, targeting half the orbs to each survivor!

As wave after wave of fire washed over the Death Knights one by one the death knights fell from the sky, their blackened and scorched gear fell into heaps of ground bone dust.

The tarrasque growled and dipped its head as the positive energy elementals attacked. Then its head snapped up with a snarl, throwing off the positive energy. It appeared undamaged by them.
The twin walls of cold buffered the monster, but it didn't seem to do the full damage. It still looked healthy.

Then, as fire rained down around the undead beast, it blinked its sunken eyes. One fireball didn't fizzle out when it touched the tarrasque, but the massive monster appeared unaffected.

After the volley of siege weapons, the northernmost goblin troop and the one between Gorrun and the tarrasque looked wounded, the southernmost one looked grazed, and the one directly south of the tarrasque still looked healthy, albeit barely. The other two troops remained untouched.

As the first flickers of flame begin to spark across the deathknights, Gorrun senses trouble, he flaps his mighty wings throwing out a gust of wind to buffer him before wrapping them tightly around himself. His quick thinking protects him as the flames wash harmlessly over him. When he unfurls his wings he sees the deathknights falling to the ground around him. For what? He shouts at the sorcerer. (Saves in discord)

Eyeing the tarrasque, Gorrun keeps his guard up. (Casting defensively.) He shouts into the sky "Mighty Tyr, shroud me in your strength!" with a crack of thunder five shining golden shields emblazoned with the rune "tyr" on their fronts plummeted from the heavens and began to orbit Gorrun. (Casts hedging weapons) having no-one to flank with he then shifted his posture as he is surrounded by three clones of himself and he flies 80' west.

"It was his whore that ran away yes? yes-yes. We should kill him soon. Yes. "

The Three Goblins who were closest to Gorrun begin casting as a cold, cloying miasma of greasy darkness spreads around him.

The Clerics to the far south Double move 180 West and smile as they then face northward at the paladins they had now flanked.

The cleric flying directly in from of Tasidar narrowed his goblin eyes as the bead of red light focused on Tasidar.

"I will suffice to finish you off, foolish celestial mongrel."

The Goblin raises his staff and Channels Negative energy stronger than Tasidar or anyone else there had seen before, able to not only Heal the Undead, but wound the living. All undead within 30 feet are healed 156 Damage, all living creatures must make a DC: 34 Will save to take half.

The Remaining Clerics laughed as they all moved 45 feet west, out of Tasidars reach and begin casting. The light around them begins even dimmer as flickers of light sprinkle out of globes.... snow begins to fall beneath them.

The tarrasque turned its head, sniffing the air. Its sunken eyes settled on Tasidar. With a hungry snarl, the beast charged 55' south, passing unhindered through the goblin troops, and snapped its teeth at the flying Aasimar!

The tarrasque cracked Gorrun in the back as he flew away. Hey now, watch it with that tail. You're going to put someone's eye out. then Gorrun remembers the faces of the deathknights he was just battling and it dawns on him. oh wait...
Then the Goblins below begin to taunt him.
You've obviously got the wrong guy, but if you're trying to get my attention. I'll oblige.
The blight surrounding Gorrun has no effect.

As Tasidar retaliates against the cleric, the tarrasque attacks him from behind and grabs him with his mighty jaws. Those who can see watch as Tasidar's body is crushed then dropped to the ground by the legendary beast. A crater forms as his body slams into the ground. Then a hand slowly grabs the edge and pulls himself up. Tasidar twitches for a second then gains his balance. His skin looks paler and worn, and cyan light seeps from cracks in his skin.

The Goblins are Struck in succession, and damaged, but they turn their heads up at Tasidar, as if he were beneath them, their demonic wings carrying them away from him. One of them mutters something about the 'clergy handling the mongrel' after being punched particularly hard by Tasidar.

His arms glow with a shimmering light in the form of blades. His stance alters slightly as his fist and muscles bulge and his skin coats in Ice. He jumps into the air and charges up to location 1,2/-9,-10. slamming into the clerics. Tasidar aims at the goblin who called him a mongrel first then pummels the rest as his fists land.

Jaylyn looked up from where she layed and smelled the ogre on her mussel. 'Oh ick gross, well I'm alive so I guess I owe him one at the very least.' she thought.

Aurix mutters to Geiravor, "Umm, Gorrun confirms what Umbear said, and that the Lieutenant General is now trying to be a harbinger for the Tarrasque. That's kinda disturbing."
With a slice, one of Arangin's legs is sheared off. The crimson stallion screams, shaking its head back and forth in horror, but its flight magic keeps Aurix aloft. Torilee cringes, then rubs an invisible hand along the horse's flank. Aurix's nostrils flare, producing a small burst of steam. He glares at the grinning goblin. He responds, "Champion bad for Goblin...you will learn! Arangin, knock his arse down!" (Swift action, Smite Evil. Free action, handle Arangin: [roll0], DC 10.)

Arangin, unsure how to proceed without the use of his fourth leg, simply leans into the goblin to knock him over!

Aurix strokes Arangin's flank. "You're being a great help," he hisses into the horse's ear. "Just a little longer, and we'll help you out." Arangin collapses onto his three legs as the flying enchantment wears off. The horse groans and shakes, trying desperately to hold up their combined weight.

The Black Goblin is barely hit fo Tasidar's ranged attack, He resists most of the acid, as his flesh winces against the Attack. He resists his undead effects somehow.

As Tasidar stays still within the feild of Polar Midnight, his body becomes encased in a sheath of ice equivalent to wall of ice, is helpless, and cannot breathe. Tasidar, now an Icicle, falls to the ground.

For everyone in the battle, time seemed frozen for a long time. Energy built up in the field, crackling white. After what seemed like months, but was really barely seconds, a figure appeared, and the building energy burst like a bubble with a blinding light!
When everyone's eyes cleared of the white spots from the brilliance, they could see the tarrasque was now turned to stone. Standing on its head was an unassuming bronze-skinned man in chainmail, a rapier on his hip and a tankard in his hand. His eyes were the only thing about him that stood out, practically glowing with a holy radiance, though they gave off no actual light. He surveyed the field, and the goblins and summoned undead fled into the rocky forest.
Then he turned his attention to the heroes.
"I am not actually supposed to interfere, but calling forth this fell beast was, itself, an interference that could not be tolerated once detected," Cayden Cailean said, his voice having a strange, hollow-sounding echo that Aurix recognized as the same way Erastil's archon had sounded. "I was the only one able to address this. This stone curse upon this beast is temporary. It will persist as long as none as strong as you approach it. But if any of you, or your equals, cross that wall, it will reawaken and resume attacking. I expect those who summoned it will be watching, and some may rejoin the fight when you do. Evil beings of your equal will not be able to wake the beast, so you needn't worry about your enemies coming here in secret to use it against you," he said.
With that explanation, the god vanished. It wasn't flashy, like his entrance. There was no light or sound or even a flicker of divine magic. He was simply there, and then gone, as if he had never been.

The battlefield was quiet, the battle ended.

Aurix takes quick stock of the situation, then shouts at Umbear, "You're welcome to go settle up whenever you want, Umbear, but we've got a wave at the castle." The Champion looks around. "Can anybody regenerate my steed's legs? Cause we gotta dash."

Arangin whickered softly and bumped his head against Aurix and then shook his head as if saying no. Minor frustration showed in the red horse's dark eyes, since he couldn't speak.

Arangin let out a frustrated snort and shook his mane. His voice in Aurix's mind was surprisingly deep, considering how high pitched a horse's whinny is.
No, you misunderstand. Erastil tells me the battle at the tower ceased the moment Cayden appeared. Our enemy detected his Divine Presence and recalled the demonic forces back into the tower.

Geiravor relaxed a few moments after. She silently inspected the battlefield on both sides of the wall. She paused on the scorch mark that were her paladins. "Damn..."

She walked over to Aurix and Arangin. "Poor horsie. I have no spells to regenerate your legs. I'm sure someone does though." She stroked his mane.

Aurix grimaces, regarding Geiravor as she regards her fallen troops. He puts a hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry," he says with sympathy. "Got some good news though. Arangin says that the demons have fled from the battlefield. Apparently the advent of the gods drove them off. So we have a reprieve."

I cannot tell you who, Arangin replied, mental voice regretful. As an extension of Erastil, I am bound to the same restrictions he is. If you had not earned the Paladin's Bond, my presence here would constitute an interference. Erastil is doing as much as he can without violating the Laws the gods agreed to.

Aurix looks at Tasidar. "Don't know what we're gonna do with you. But go ahead. I'll be watching though. If you cast a spell other than the one he needs or do anything else, I'll destroy you and have you raised, and hopefully THAT will fix your problem."

Aurix watches intently and makes a Spellcraft check when he casts.
