so I've been Trying to Build a Dwarf character who Really ..(More than a normal Dwarf) Likes his Ale and so I am Building this character

Name - Jourgun Stoutdraught
Race - Dwarf
Class - Monk (Drunken Master / Master of many Styles / Iron Mountain Monk)
Age - 78
Height 5"0" he is a bit taller than the average Dwarf
Weight 300+ He has a very large beer-Gut

His Goal is the dubbldark, a rich, thick ale so dark that it does not reflect light. With notes of smoke, wild mountain berries, honey and ancient glory, it is said that a draught of dubbldark can lift any enchantment, break any curse, and raise the dead.

I want him to be a sturdy Dwarf Monk who Fights using his tankard and unarmed Strikes

so I need advice on feats

(One thing) I am unsure if i can uses ascetic Style with my Tankard - is Light maces a monk weapon?

I know I am taking steel soul - Always do for dwarfs
I am Kinda thinking of starting out with 1 level of fighter
so I'll have two feats to play with ...taking catch of guard and and Two and then my style feat At 2nd level , the monk bonus at 3 & steel soul at 3 and then at 5th level i have no idea

Traits
(1) Iron liver - just fits the theme
(2) Glory of old or Accelerated Drinker
