I was looking through the sacrifice rules from BOVD and noticed that you can get 1 wish or unlimited limited wishes by sacrificing people. Since you are only given 1 wish effect through sacrifices, I'll just assume that has been used and ignore it for now. If a 5th level Cleric had a reliable way to get 45 on the check to sacrifice something and was hellbent on mass destruction, how you go about doing it without using the 1 time wish effect? Control weather to make tornadoes in large cities? Limited wish for some other effect? Greater planar ally to summon something? Just how much damage could you cause with sacrifice rewards?
