<title here> When my D&D group does stats when creating chars from scratch, we just roll the dice excluding lowest of 4 rolls, for each stat add up. My ranger got 17 str to start out :smallwink:

Lucky man. Not sure what you want to discuss, though.

Soooo, is there a point to this or am I just wasting bandwith by posting here?

Good for you? Why do you feel the need to tell us this?

Maybe it would be impressive if you had all 17s or something, but one pretty good stat is nothing to write home about...

No, he definitely did post it.

This isn't really any kind of topic to discuss, so could be brought up in mention sometime, but doesn't really deserve its own thread.

We have a solution to things like this on another forum I frequent; A single thread where all pointless declarations that don't deserve their own thread can be posted so all those who WANT to post drivel can do so.

I rem'mb'r, back in 2nd edition, I had a player who had gotten all 15+ for his stats using 3d6. It really screwed up the party dynamic...

Anyway, so, has anyone ever used the Xorvintaal dragons or premise in their game?

Oh yeah? I once rolled six straight natural 18s for my stats. It was such an awesome character. Of course, from then on the DM forbade me from using permanent marker on the dice... :smallfrown:
