try to find a spell

Hi,

I saw a spell mentioned on this board not too far ago but can't find it back.

It's a lvl 2 or lvl 3 spell available to half-elf only, it gave a effect that i don't remember but also let you pick a feat that you could have for the duration of the spells. From memory, it's was a 3.5 spell.

The spell Heroics (SC 113), sorc/wiz level 2 spell, also gives the recipient temporary use of a fighter bonus feat for 10 minutes/level

Mirror Move (https://www.wizards.com/dnd/article.asp?x=dnd/sb/sb20000901a) also give you a feat. Wieldskill gives the equivalent of a proficiency feat. I feel like there was another but idk.
