The swiftblade has always fascinated me, so I am finally building one. Reading through the abilities, I was slightly confused.

Here is their swiftsurge ability:
Your body is augmented with the residual energy of previous haste castings. You gain a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +1 dodge bonus to AC and Reflex saves. At 7th level, these bonuses increase to +2. At 4th level, you gain a +10 foot enhancement bonus to all of your modes of movement and deal an extra 1d6 points of damage during any round in which you move at least 10 feet. At 10th level, this bonus increases to +20 feet and an extra 2d6 points of damage during any round in which you move at least 20 feet. These bonuses stack with the bonuses gained from the haste spell and skirmish ability.

Through level 9, you get +10 to all of your movement modes and +1d6 damage if you move at least 10.

Is this 1d6 precision? It doesn't say, so I would think not. That means it would always work?

Then, at level 10, the speed increase goes up to 20 and the damage increases to +2d6 if you move 20.

The speed increase is pretty clear. But the second part is less so ... Are you +3d6 if you move 20, combining the two? Does the new bonus replace the old, so no bonus at 10 feet but 2d6 at 20? Or is it really an additional 1d6 if you move 20 (so 1d6 at 10, 2d6 at 20)?

1. It's not precision, but it doesn't always work, you have to move first.
2. If you move 10 feet, it's 1d6. If you move 20 feet, the 1d6 increases to 2d6.

That was my first read, but it says "and an extra 2d6 points"

I think that becomes regular damage +1d6 for 10 feet + 2d6 for 20 feet then

Until today, I always read it like you but now I think I that is wrong
