Is the creature on House Tharashk's coat of arms a dragonne or a manticore?

As I recall one of the houses had a manticore and I do not recall the dragonne so I would guess that it was them.

Whoops my bad. I guess that is what happens when I try to go by memory rather than dig out the old book (I was surprised how little I saw on that online).
